We will endeavour to ensure that stock levels realting to indivudual items are communicated effectively through the relevent information pages, however, this information cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate at all times.
Pricing
All prices were correct at time of publishing on 1st August 2008. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
Postage
All postage rates are for UK Mainland standard delivery. Please contact us for Overseas or Express shipping rates.
Warranty
All items are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of sale. All chrome & brightwork products and wheels require regular cleaning in order to preserve appearance. Failure to regularly clean and polish these items will result in premature weathering. Repeated use of automatic car washes or aggressive cleaning solutions will also cause premature weathering. For these reasons we can make no guarantee about the length of time for which individual items will be free from signs of weathering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period on items bought through the J34 web site OR over the phone. You may return any unused goods at any time in this period for a refund. The refund will be limited to the cost of the goods, postage will not be refunded. You will be liable for any postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us. Should you wish to return your goods you should notify us in writing within this 7 day period and the goods should be returned to us in their original packaging within this 7 days. Any items which show signs of use may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50%. Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of the goods. This does not extend to goods or services prepared to a customer supplied specification or any 'custom' goods or services.
