Certain items shown in the used/reconditioned/re-conditioned sections of the site are shown in the product diagrams and product listings for illustration purposes only and are only available as new products. This mainly refers to seals, gaskets and parts which once used, cannot be re-sold in a condition in which they could deliver satisfactory performance.

All prices were correct at time of publishing on 1st February 2008. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

All postage rates are for UK Mainland standard delivery. Please contact us for Overseas or Express shipping rates.

Warranty

All Classic Mini clutches and clutch kits are brand new and are covered by a three year Manufacturers Warranty, terms and conditions apply, please contact us for more details particularly regarding fitting requirements and permitted use. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any product or service bought from or through MiniGear, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address at the top of this page.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations

You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period on items bought through the Minigear web site OR over the phone. You may return any unused goods at any time in this period for a refund. The refund will be limited to the cost of the goods, postage will not be refunded. You will be liable for any postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us. Should you wish to return your goods you should notify us in writing within this 7 day period and the goods should be returned to us in their original packaging within a further 7 days. Any items which show signs of use may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50%. Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of the goods. This does not extend to goods or services prepared to a customer supplied specification or any 'custom' goods or services.

A 'Cookie' is a small piece of information stored on YOUR computer. Cookies can be used by web sites to store and view information about users of that site.
